2. Service Description

SecureOps provides a cloud-based security operations platform including BS7858 vetting, GPS-verified attendance, shift scheduling, and automated finance management for UK security companies.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload to our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SecureOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
